Decrypting Parsons's files, Bourne discovers that his father, Richard Webb, was an analyst for the CIA and was involved with the creation of the original Treadstone program.
Intending to find the answers about his past and family, Bourne locates Dassault in Berlin. Before she dies, Parsons is able to pass the key to a luggage locker that holds the CIA files on to Bourne.
